About Us
Desert Games was born out of a simple love for trading card games and the communities that surround them.
Launched in early 2025, Desert Games started as a passion project and has grown into Perth’s dedicated home for Magic: The Gathering and Sorcery: Contested Realm singles. Behind the scenes, Kevin handles the logistics, sourcing and operations while Allyana brings Desert Games to life creatively through our YouTube channel and content.
Why Sorcery: Contested Realm?
When we first discovered Sorcery: Contested Realm, it felt familiar in the best possible way. The hand-painted artwork, the deep game mechanics, the sense of discovery , it reminded us of what drew us to Magic: The Gathering over 30 years ago. Sorcery is something genuinely special in the TCG world and we wanted to be part of growing that community here in Perth and across Australia.
What We’re Building
Desert Games isn’t just an online store. We attend TCG conventions and events across Perth, bringing our collection directly to the community. We create content about the games we love and we’re always looking to connect with fellow collectors, players and enthusiasts.
Whether you’re a seasoned Magic player, a Sorcery convert or just discovering the world of trading card games for the first time , you’re welcome here.
