Shipping Policy

We ship in Australia and New Zealand only. Our shipping rate is set to Australian dollars and may differ from the standard New Zealand shipping rate.

Domestic Shipping Policy

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All items shipped within Australia are shipped through Australia Post.

  • For Domestic Express orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 3 business days.
  • For Domestic Standard orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 6 business days.

For New Zealand orders, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office for pick up. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail with all your tracking details and notifications.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All domestic shipping rates to Australia are based on carrier prices at the time.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.

Wrong Address

If an order has been sent to the wrong address, we will work to fix this issue with you. If you have recorded the wrong address during the checkout process, please note that you will be invoiced an additional shipping fee to send the package using the correct address, otherwise we can cancel the order if this is not preferable. 

P.O. Boxes

Please note that we may no longer ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes due to fraudulent activity. Please choose a residential or business address when at the checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or are deemed suspicious.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

UNTRACKED SHIPPING

We offer untracked shipping as an affordable shipping option for our customers. Unfortunately, that comes with the risk of being lost in the postal system without any proof of having received or not received goods as a customer.

We do not offer refunds on items that are claimed to have not been delivered using untracked postage as we cannot verify whether this is true or not. Using untracked postage is at the buyers risk.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Desert Games is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Desert Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Please note these shipping times are ETA’s only provided by Australia Post, and Desert Games is not liable for late deliveries, as this is unfortunately something outside of our control once passed to the courier.
